Naum Flasburg
passed away on Wednesday, March 14, 2012.  He was from Parsippany, N.J..  Born in the Ukraine, he lived in St. Petersburg, Russia for many years before moving to the United States in 1996 and first settling in the Ivy Hill section of Newark. Three years ago he and his family  relocated to Parsippany.  He had worked as a machinist in Russia and was a member of the Circle of Friends of MetroWest and the Ivy Hill Congregation.  He is survived by his wife, Riva (nee Privem), his daughter Marina Livshits of East Hanover, his brother, Joseph Flasburg of Israel and his sister Faiga Nemerskaya of Newark, N.J..  He is also survived by two grandsons, Alex Livshits of Suffern, N.Y. and Thomas Livshits of Parsippany.
